Refund and Returns Policy

Policy Duration

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Under certain conditions, we may offer no, partial, or full refund. Refunds may be offered for items shipped internationally which get held up in customs longer than 30 days. This is a situation that is flexible. Please contact me to initiate a discovery.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED WITH CRYPTOCURRENCY, EXCEPT IN USD and only for the amount of the purchase in USD value after conversion AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. Subsequent inflation/deflation of the currency is not accounted for in refunds.

Email me (madison@wildozark.com) to initiate the return/refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

If products are damaged upon receipt, take photos of the damage and contact me immediately. Buyer is NOT responsible for return shipping of damaged items. Some items may not require a return, but each situation is judged individually.

Nursery rootlets have a different window for initiating refunds. Returns are not necessary. If your rootlets arrived in poor condition, email me within the 2 days of delivery with photos. Wild Ozark is not responsible for unattended packages after tracking notifies delivery. Wild Ozark is not responsible for rootlets improperly stored.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. I may have this proof on-hand, but in the absence of my proof you’ll need to provide proof.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


To be eligible for a full return/refund, regardless of reason:

  • Artwork must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Artwork must NOT be a commission.
  • You can return your paints after use, within 30 days, if you are unhappy with them.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges are not Exact

Since my items are usually unique, one of a kind works, they are not exchangeable. In some instances, I can replace with similar items. In the case of prints, exchanges can be offered. Email me to initiate this process. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping of original item to be exchanged.

How to Ship Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Wild Ozark, 564 Madison 3270, Kingston, AR 72742}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund without returning the item, the cost of first shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
