This form is part of my income/expense spreadsheet and it has been a lifesaver for me when I need to submit my data in ATAP. If you don’t need the full spreadsheet, you can get just this part now as a separate product. See the full spreadsheet by clicking here.
All of the cities and counties aren’t represented because I rarely sell in every location in my reporting period. If you need more columns, let me know and I’ll add them for you. Otherwise, I just change the column headings to fit the county/city.
IMPORTANT:
The spreadsheet doesn’t actually file and report your sales/use tax. It only makes it easier for you to keep track of what you need to put in the ATAP online form, so that you know you have reported your cities and counties correctly.
